Poor, lowly hamburger! Or ground beef as some call it. It is never quite given a place at the head table, it it? And why not?!
Its versatile! Its yummy! Its quick!
Therefore, I created a blog to declare the virtues of hamburger (or ground beef) to all who visit.
I hope to share with you tidbits of information on the subject of hamburger, as well as recipes (I have a lot!). In return I hope you will come to think of hamburger as 'your friend in the freezer' and perhaps share different versions of the recipes I post, or new recipes, by commenting in the comments section.
